PHIUS Certified Passive House Consultants (CPHC®), Builders, and Raters are here to support project teams in the certification of their PHIUS+ projects every step of the way.

A Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC) typically is an architect, engineer, or energy consultant who will help design the project. CPHCs do the WUFI passive energy model, and they are the primary point of contact for the pre-certification process. Find a PHIUS Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC®)

A PHIUS Certified Builder has taken the PHIUS certified building course and passed the exam. They build the pre-certified projects, execute air-tightness, and many other in-the-field requirements.  FInd a PHIUS Certified Builder

A PHIUS+ Rater goes on site and completes the quality assurance and quality control checks for the project. They are an integral part of the design team. They make sure that the designs get built correctly. Find a PHIUS+ Rater

PHIUS+ Verifiers do mainly the same thing as raters—on-site field inspection to make sure the designs are appropriately built—but in larger buildings. Find a PHIUS+ Verifier.
